In her role as director of pharmacy at FreseniusRx, Michelle Nguyen manages operations and regulatory compliance for the St. Petersburg, Florida pharmacy facility and home therapy pharmacy programs. She coordinates with healthcare providers and clinics to deliver a comprehensive care model for patients. In addition to leading her team of pharmacists and ensuring the pharmacy remains compliant with all industry standards and state regulations, Michelle drives innovation through specialty pharmacy programs. Michelle helps FreseniusRx deliver seamless services for patients and providers with strategic thought leadership and data-driven decision making.

Michelle brings more than eight years of experience as a specialty pharmacist to her role at FreseniusRx. As Sr. Manager at Exactus Specialty Pharmacy, she served in many different roles, including collaborating to support business growth; utilizing a data-driven model to improve operational efficiency; negotiating contracts with vendors and manufacturers to achieve competitive pricing; and aiding pricing proposal development for external payers to increase prescription volume and maximize net profit goals.

A certified specialty pharmacist, Michelle earned her doctor of pharmacy from University of Florida College of Pharmacy.
