Lori Delossantos, Pharm.D., CPh, AE-C, has been a pharmacist for eight years and began working at FreseniusRx in 2016.

As a pharmacist, Lori decided to focus on end-stage renal disease because this patient population faces a complex drug regimen that can make it difficult at times to remain adherent. She is committed to helping patients with compliance, dose adjustments and monitoring in order to improve outcomes.

When she’s not working in the pharmacy, you can find Lori spending time with her husband and children, traveling, attending sporting events or out for a run.
