Patient satisfaction is at an all-time high at FreseniusRx

FreseniusRx is proud to put patients first in all we do—our pharmacists focus specifically on kidney medications in order to provide a level of care that supports positive patient outcomes. Twice each year, we engage an outside company to survey pharmacy patients and keep our finger on the pulse of our patients’ needs and satisfaction levels.
The survey, led by third-party company Direct Opinions, polled 400 FreseniusRx patients throughout the United States and found that our satisfaction levels and Net Promoter Score (NPS) continue to climb. In our most recent survey, 92% of patients said they are highly satisfied with pharmacy services.
The Net Promoter Score measures how likely our patients are to recommend our services to others who may need it. FreseniusRx earned a NPS of 75, improving six points from our previous survey. As a frame of reference, the drug store and pharmacy industry previously had an industry average NPS of less than 25 according to Satmetrix, the company that developed the metric.
Top contributors to patient satisfaction included our flexible billing and payment options, conveniently and timely delivery methods, and access to a pharmacist for questions.
