As director of account management or FreseniusRx, Justin Lane expands the company’s presence in the western half of the United States. He helps to drive regional sales functions, leading a team of account managers to help close the gap in pharmacy knowledge and processes. Lane has a background in identifying healthcare business needs and working towards solutions.
In his previous role as associate director of sales for FreseniusRx, Lane created market models to forecast opportunities across geographies and played in integral role in contributing to the improvement of patient outcomes and efficiencies through training and education. As a former financial coordinator for Fresenius Medical Care, he has 8 years’ experience in end stage renal disease (ESRD) and optimizing coordinated care with clinics and physicians. He also brings an extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance companies from his experience of helping dialysis patients address financial needs.
Lane earned his bachelor’s degree in communication studies at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He has also earned his certificate in Integrity Selling. In addition, Lane runs a scholarship and dropout prevention program geared toward students who have encountered challenges which may prevent graduation. The program supports academic achievement and promotes long-term success.
