As the Director of Managed care at FreseniusRx, Jeff Griffin is responsible for payor relations and payor contracting. With a background in payor relations and specialty care, Griffin is dedicated to identifying and building beneficial relationships.

In his role, Griffin directs payor contracting and manages processes with Medicare, Medicaid and private health insurance payors. He is also responsible for the oversight of all credentialing and licensure for FreseniusRx.

Griffin’s background includes more than eight years directing managed care for specialty care groups, including Ammon Analytical Laboratory, Commcare Specialty Pharmacy and Aegis Sciences Corporation. As a director, Griffin has developed and implemented managed care departments, developed payor data analytics processes and tools, and overseen credentialing and licensing processes. Griffin has spent more than 20 years in the healthcare industry, and over the course of his career has also worked in sales, marketing and business development and operations management roles. He also has several years of experience managing and negotiating healthcare services contracts, including directly negotiating multi-year contracts with revenues of more than $1 million.

Griffin has a degree in communications from the University of Arkansas.
