As the director of account management for FreseniusRx, Elaine Lee drives regional sales functions for the eastern half of the United States, helping dialysis clinics enroll patients to receive prescriptions and expert support from our renal pharmacy. Her combination of both business and healthcare experience allow her to provide oversight and guidance to FreseniusRx’s team of regional sales managers and pharmacy support specialists in order to reach regional sales goals.
Lee’s responsibilities include identifying opportunities to expand FreseniusRx’s presence within Fresenius Kidney Care North America’s dialysis clinics by meeting and communicating with new and existing customers, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure that sales representatives are properly trained and motivated towards meeting their objectives.
While she began her career as a certified radiologic technologist, Lee’s professional path spans 30 years of experience successfully managing business development teams and sales efforts for a number of companies including Kodak, Valassis Inc., The John Maxwell Company, SemaConnect, Inc., and FranklinCovey. Her robust experience working in sales for businesses in the healthcare industry enables her to offer keen insight on both how to grow FreseniusRx’s reach in an ever-complex environment.
Deeply committed to nurturing and developing others, Lee maintains an active member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and leads volunteer efforts through her church, including building for Habitat for Humanity and visiting homeless shelters and senior citizen homes.
Lee earned her certification as a nuclear medicine technologist & radiologic technologist from Memorial Medical Center for Radiologic Technology in Savannah, Georgia.
