We work with medical providers and Fresenius Medical Care North America dialysis facilities to support patients and their caregivers through the challenges of kidney disease. We conveniently ship dialysis medications directly to patients’ clinics*, and partner with dialysis clinic staff to support patients’ medication adherence. FreseniusRx also helps monitor patients to reduce the impact of medications taken for other chronic illnesses on their kidney health.
We believe that a pharmacist is better served tending to patient improvement rather than counting pills. FreseniusRx pharmacists collaborate, innovate and educate to keep patients on their dialysis medications and out of the hospital. Our pharmacy staff offers 24/7 support and proactively reaches out to patients to increase medication adherence. We also provide physicians with access to unique insights and patient data to help drive strong outcomes and improve quality of care and patient satisfaction.
